We are so thankful for Rick!!Buying a home is a huge decision on its own, but as a military family moving to an area we had never been to before, our experience was a little different. We purchased our home completely sight unseen, which was honestly a little scary! We were putting a lot of trust in someone we had never worked with before, and we are so grateful that person was Rick.From the very beginning, Rick made us feel like we were more than just clients. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. His knowledge of the area was incredible, and his negotiating skills were exactly what we needed. We always felt like he was genuinely looking out for our family and our best interests.Since we couldn’t be there in person, Rick went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. He FaceTimed us multiple times so we could see the house and surrounding area for ourselves, answered all of our questions, and gave us the reassurance we needed to make such a big decision from afar.One thing that meant so much to us was having Rick do our final walkthrough. He knew we were relying completely on him, and he took that responsibility seriously. He was incredibly thorough and took his time going through the house, making sure everything was looked over and that we knew exactly what we were walking into. That gave us such peace of mind.Moving your family to a completely new place is already an emotional and overwhelming experience, and buying a home from hundreds of miles away could have made it even harder. Instead, Rick made us feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the entire process.We truly feel like we were blessed to have Rick in our corner. He didn’t just help us buy a house—he helped our family find our home! For that we are forever grateful!

Rick did an outstanding job from start to finish. We initially tried selling on our own to save on commission, but that was a huge mistake that wasted a ton of time. Once we hired Rick, he got our home under contract in just 5 days. Professional, knowledgeable, and highly effective—we highly recommend him.

When we interviewed realtors for selling our home, Rick was the most prepared realtor and was great at explaining the entire process from pre-listing through closure, and what he would do at each step in the process. He had researched similar homes in the area and we discussed sell price. He and his team did a great job creating the media for listing. He was great at communicating with us each step of the way, from listing, home preparation, showings, offers, contracting, inspection, appraisal, and closing. He listened to our concerns and cared about us like friends more than client. Just a great job.......and much appreciated.

Rick is an amazing realtor and fantastic with details. He walked us though the entire buying/selling process. We've bought twice with Rick and sold once. He got the deals done and has become a wonderful friend in the process. Found him on Zillow when we needed an out of area realtor with excellent area knowledge.
