When we interviewed realtors for selling our home, Rick was the most prepared realtor and was great at explaining the entire process from pre-listing through closure, and what he would do at each step in the process. He had researched similar homes in the area and we discussed sell price. He and his team did a great job creating the media for listing. He was great at communicating with us each step of the way, from listing, home preparation, showings, offers, contracting, inspection, appraisal, and closing. He listened to our concerns and cared about us like friends more than client. Just a great job.......and much appreciated.

Rick is an amazing realtor and fantastic with details. He walked us though the entire buying/selling process. We've bought twice with Rick and sold once. He got the deals done and has become a wonderful friend in the process. Found him on Zillow when we needed an out of area realtor with excellent area knowledge.

Rick was by far the best real estate agent I’ve had. He is very knowledgable about the area and about the process in general. He made great suggestions based on our parameters and is an excellent negotiator. Rick didn’t just sit back, he has excellent work ethic and makes things happen. Rick goes above and beyond and I have already recommended him to to many friends and family members

What sets Rick apart is his commitment and understanding of what we needed. Rick was a fierce advocate for our best interests. He immediately went to work for us and got us more than one offer within day and sold the house in less than one week. All we can say is, Rick is simply the best.

Rick did an outstanding job from start to finish. We initially tried selling on our own to save on commission, but that was a huge mistake that wasted a ton of time.
